19th Festival of Drum and African Cultures Mexico

Rhythmic inauguration of the 19th Festival of Drum and African Cultures Mexico with a Flash mob led by Mozambican dancer and choreographer Manyanga Como, Director and founder of Ndjira – The Culture of Africa in Mexico and a unique group of dancers.

Ambassador Dennis Thokozani Dlomo attended with his wife, Mrs. Mbokazi Thando, Minister Amparo Anguiano, representing the General Directorate for Africa and the Middle East of the Mexican Ministry of Foreign Affairs, South African Embassy staff, @Selai Khuele and Soweto Dlamini, @Herminia Estrada, and friends from Africa and South Africa 🇿🇦.

The Embassy of South Africa in Mexico acknowledges and thanks the unique and elegant participation of the dancer and choreographer Manyanga Como, Director of Ndjira, and the group of participants in the Flash Mob dedicated to Africa Day 2022, for marking the unparalleled rhythm with which the 19th Edition of the Festival of Drum and African Cultures Mexico began this September 4th. The Festival is directed by its founder, Master Norma Ortiz Perea.
